Paid roles supporting the Frontline recruitment team The selection team at Frontline are excited to offer two paid roles to social workers who are interested in getting involved in the selection stages of recruiting participants for Approach Social Work, formerly known as the Frontline programme. We are looking to recruit social workers to join us from September 2025 to May 2026 as Frontline screeners and assessors. As a screener, you would be responsible for screening applications before the assessment centre remotely on a flexible schedule. As an assessor, you would be assessing activities such as interviews, role plays and written exercises at our virtual assessment centres, meeting candidates and helping to choose the next cohort of the programme. You will often be working alongside other assessors, such as care-experienced assessors and Frontline staff. Due to the nature of the role, these opportunities are open to social workers who have been qualified for two or more years. We welcome applications both from social workers that haven’t screened or assessed for Frontline before, as well as those who have. Diversity of thought and experience supports us in making fair and consistent decisions and therefore we welcome applications from individuals in all roles within social work. Similarly, applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply as we hope to increase the racial diversity of our screener and assessor teams.
