Hearing personal stories about the importance of representation and the journey into social work can play a powerful role in inspiring others from diverse backgrounds to join the profession. Who is this for: ideally male panellists, please. As the event focuses on "men in social work", we would like them to share their experience being a male social worker or having a male social worker. Audience: 200 Approach Year 2 NQSW from diverse backgrounds. There will be one or two members from the Attraction team joining the fellows and Frontline Youth Advisory Board. More details: A member (s) from the attraction team will give a brief presentation about Approach Social Work then we'll ask the panellists some questions, which will be sent to them in advance.
