Hi Everyone, quick update from me... I've now launched the Social Work Campfire (yesterday!), a two minute daily check in for social workers. Users answer 3 multi-choice questions, then see the results from the previous day. For example, today's questions are: 1. One a scale where 0 is 'not at all anxious' and 5 is 'completely anxious', overall, how anxious did you feel about work over the past week? (Note - please just think about work-related anxiety.) 2. How do you think giving social workers £1000 annual budget to directly support families would impact on practice? 3. Would you agree that there is good coordination of workload planning in your social work department. You share your views, then tomorrow you see what other social workers think.
