Frontline's Business Development team is currently producing some case studies for the leadership hub on Community Care Inform and are looking for someone who would like to feature as the focus of the following case study. Leading through challenge. In this case study, we want to hear from a strategic leader who can speak directly to leadership from the top. This may touch on leadership at an LA on an improvement journey or may speak more broadly about the external challenges of social work leadership over the past few years. This is a paid opportunity and will involve an initial hour-long call where they will be interviewed about their journey. They will then have an opportunity to review the draft ahead of publication.
