Last week, our second cohort completed the Step Forward programme. At the closing event, they celebrated their journey through the programme and reflected on their growth and achievements along the way. One aspect that really stood out was how the programme has equipped fellows to be confident leaders and social workers who support children and families. A massive congratulations to everyone who has completed Step Forward. We’re looking forward to welcoming our third cohort at the end of the month!
