Practice Development Series now complete! The first Practice Development Series for fellows has now come to a close. We were so pleased to see such an engaged group of fellows take part in the series and to bring in speakers for topics including contextual safeguarding, the mental capacity act, working with fathers and men, and Black history, anti-racist, anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice. The sessions supported fellows in completing their CPD hours and qualified practice educators to continue their Practice Educator currency. 100% of the fellows who attended were either satisfied or very satisfied with their experience on the series which is fantastic! 🎉 We are thrilled to share some amazing feedback from fellows who took part below: ⭐'I really enjoyed the sessions I attended as they helped me to see things from a wider lens rather than just my own experiences within my own LA – they have helped me to go back to consider my own values and ethics’ ⭐‘The information we have learned and the space to reflect on issues that we don’t always get to hold the space for has been great.’ ⭐‘Everything I learned was of benefit.’ Keep your eyes open for another round of the series in early 2025!
