Panellist opportunity We have an exciting panellist opportunity for three impactful fellows to share their experience of being children’s social workers trained through Approach Social Work. This online panel event is part of our central event series, which aims to give potential candidates a chance to hear directly from experienced social workers about how their lived experience and identity has shaped their social work journey and informed their practice. The panel will be consist of 2-3 fellows. We’ll explore why having different perspectives and experiences in the profession is crucial, as well as experiences on the programme. We are particularly interested in hearing from fellows that identify as being from one of the underrepresented groups below: • Racialised minority • Men • Lower socio-economic background In response to feedback, this year we are also looking for fellows who identify as neurodivergent or hold a disability.
