With only two weeks to go until the election, we want to hear from all children’s social workers across England on what they want the next government’s approach to social work to look like. We want to hear from you and your colleagues about your experiences working with children and families. It’s our plan to: • Share our findings with the next children’s minister to give them a better understanding of exactly what social workers are thinking • Give them key recommendations on what needs to be done to help improve the sector. We really need as many people as possible to complete this and so are asking you to please share this far and wide with all colleagues who are within an English local authority or trust working as a children’s social worker on a statutory basis. The survey will close on Tuesday 25 June with results being shared with the new government in the weeks after the election result. You can complete the survey below , and help influence the future of the sector. If you've already completed it then thank you - we really appreciate it. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. If you have any questions, please contact communications@thefrontline.org.uk .
