The Frontline Award for Innovation shines a light on new ideas, initiatives or services that have been designed to create lasting social change for children and families who are receiving support from social workers. The three social workers who make up our final shortlist for this category have all taken a leap to try something new, have pushed through any challenges they have faced on that journey and have remained determined to create positive change in social work.
