On Monday we welcomed the second cohort of the Step Forward programme to Warwick university for their first residential. It was so great to bring together so many fellows from across the country as they embark on developing the skills and confidence to help navigate their leadership journey. A massive shout out to our exceptional facilitators and coaches who led different carousel sessions and to all fellows for their remarkable engagement over the last two days. The room was filled with so much enthusiasm and we are looking forward to witnessing the incredible progress, growth and impact they will make in the year ahead. As Mary Jackson said “You all can be the difference that makes the difference, as you develop your leadership skills on the Step Forward programme”.
