Do you know an innovator who is working to create social change for children and families? Then now’s your chance to celebrate their hard work and nominate them for the Frontline Award for Innovation - recognising innovation within social work. Tooba, the creator of Thrive Social Work, a mobile app designed to support social workers with their workload and wellbeing, and also a winner of our innovation award last year shares her advice for new innovators below. "Starting is the most difficult part, don’t over think it, talk to as many people as you can and be brave to try new things. I had the seed of an idea germinating underground for such a long time, but it was only when I started talking about the idea with other people that I gained more confidence. I didn’t expect this idea to turn into such a great solution for social workers or to become the app you see today.” Head over to our website to find out more about the Frontline Awards and how you can nominate!
