Last week Friday, we welcomed members of the Anti-Racist movement (A.R.M) to our offices in London, to celebrate their first year anniversary. A.R.M was created when a group of Black female social work professionals came together after identifying a gap in the market. A.R.M is a shared space for Black women to heal, grow and nurture one another, by building communities of resistance. Looking back at the celebration last week, it was a reminder of the importance of embedding anti-racism in all our social work practice but also a moment of celebration of achievements and sisterhood. It was also so great to see some of you there!
